Two small things have to be to corrected in this article: Fr Balawan could not have been a “WWI veteran”, as he was born in 1922. He was not exactly POW but was tracked by the nazis for not abiding to compulsory labour.

Thanks for your great article.But was it necessary to drag into controversy about our two great leaders, Lt.Samson sing ingty and Lt.Khorsing Terang, on communal and religious ground!Since we were kids we were often told that the two leaders were the best of friends.They had a great comradery and respected each other.They are what Gandhiji and Nehru is to all indians.
